The broad objective of the study is to examine the impact of Nigeria Fadama National development project on Agropreneur’s business development in Osun state, Nigeria.  The sample size selected was Two hundred and seventy (270). Multi-stage sampling was adopted, and Simple random sampling design was used. Data collection method was a close-ended questionnaire. Linear Regression, Multiple Regression and Anova were used to test the Hypotheses of the study. The study shows that rural infrastructure variables used in the selected study area significantly predicted the level of Business Development, F (1,268) = 30.413, p < 0.05 F – statistical indicates that the overall regression model is highly statistically significant in terms of its goodness of fit since the value of Ftab (1,268) >Fcal (30.413).  It also shows the magnitude of the difference, since the sig level is greater than 0.05 i.e 0.811, 0.985. The study reveals that only 0.9 per cent variance exists between the selected genders. In conclusion capacity building has really assisted farmers in adopting new technology in farming which led to an increase and expansion of their business outlets. The study recommends: Regular training for farmers to discover their skills in diversifying into various businesses within the agricultural sector using new technology should be encouraged by all stakeholders in business of food security and provision of grants to enable them expand their business desires.

DOI: https://doi.org/10.24818/beman/2021.11.1-02

This paper aims to create an image of progress towards circular economy registered by European Union countries through specific indicators. In this way, this paper is based on the study and analysis of the 13 indicators, grouped on 4 pillars: Production and consumption, Waste management, Secondary raw materials, Competitiveness and innovation. After the presentation of the methodology, the paper develops an analysis in time and space of the selected indicators, then an analysis of the countries with their grouping on clusters, creating a map of them and highlighting the current situation of circular economy in the European Union. Moreover, the paper also presents the evolution of the countries regarding circular economy, which has a big importance taking into account that in the European Union the preoccupations for this concept is higher from one period to another. Among the most interesting results are: (1) a massive concentration of countries with problems for Waste management pillar; (2) Europe is one of the regions with the largest contribution in terms of circular economy, but the concept is developing differently from one country to another; (3) The scoreboard evolution is particularly useful in revealing the continuous actions adopted by countries in order to facilitate the conversion to circular economy. Finally, the paper presents possible limits of the research, but also future directions of its development.

Alignment of accounting with information technology aims to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of an organisation. This study's main objective is to investigate the influence of accounting with information technology on an organisation's effective performance, such as Cost Reduction, Improving Quality, and Effective Decision Making. Using the population of all Small and Medium Enterprises in Lagos State, Nigeria, 101 valid responses were received from the survey conducted. Based on the analysis results, the study found that accounting and information technology alignment has a positively significant relationship with Cost Reduction and Effective Decision Making. However, accounting and information technology alignment is negatively related to Improve quality. The study then recommends that Small and Medium Enterprises should focus more on investing in the alignment of accounting and information technology to bring about optimum organisation's performance.

The present work is part of relational marketing, in particular consumer behavior in the field of service. Relationship marketing is based mainly on three pillars: quality, satisfaction, and loyalty.
The choice of our conceptual model is based on an in-depth literature of previous studies, in view of the multiplicity of research work carried out in this field and the diversity of points of view of the researchers. The fundamental research question is: How to increase the level of customer satisfaction to retain them? The objective of this article is both to determine the explanatory dimensions of consumer satisfaction, but also to analyze their influence on overall consumer satisfaction. For this purpose, we have opted for the “FILTER” type attribute selection methods based on the “WEKA” programming environment. To this end, an empirical study was carried out. We employed quantitative methodology and data were analyzed by Structural Equation Models. The sample consisted of 242 customers of the airline “AIR ALGERIE”. The results obtained reveal to us what is hidden behind the overall customer satisfaction of this company. They also certify that the dimensions in question contribute differently to this satisfaction. Such results would help leaders to provide a double effort in order to bring real and effective improvements, but also to give more care to the relevant variables selected by the different methods applied. However, the results also revealed the importance of the service elements which contribute to overall customer satisfaction.

Digital Revolution has forced previously isolated networks of critical infrastructures to become more digitally integrated. Recent cyber-attacks, including Stuxnet and Wiper, have exposed a new set of cybersecurity vulnerabilities in this field. This new environment has forced previously isolated networks of critical infrastructures like utilities or power plants to become more digitally integrated. This paper offers a view into the most efficient current defense solutions. It also offers a glimpse into the need for the further development of new protection mechanisms developed on the emerging new technologies. The risks posed by the integration of Information Technology solutions with Operational Technology systems have been a key topic also at the latest World Economic Forum conference, where cyber-attacks of critical infrastructures were discussed in the context of the most significant risks for the upcoming decade. The findings of this paper are applicable to other industries. The paper aims to highlight that by initially understanding the vulnerabilities of the IT components and by taking the right cybersecurity preventive measures, critical infrastructure can be protected against these kinds of threats. The research framework behind this paper was directed towards analysing the cyber risks associated with the convergence between the Information Technology solutions with the Operational Technology systems of critical infrastructure.

This paper investigates the impact of extracurricular activities (ECA) on developing employability skills of higher education graduates in Tunisia. In this regard, we use a quantitative survey that has been distributed to 451 graduates. The results of the logistic regression model show that participation in extracurricular activities (ECA) is the main determinant of soft skills development. In addition, Spearman's correlation analysis demonstrates a positive one between the acquisition of soft skills and participation in extracurricular activities. Each of the activities develops specific skills. We found that participation in social groups helps to develop more soft skills.

Knowledge sharing has become an important part of organizations in increasing their competitiveness. However, the antecedent variable for the practice of knowledge sharing behavior is still very limited. This study aims to examine the influence of trust among organizational members and job involvement on the intensity of knowledge sharing behavior. The study involved 250 lecturers from various universities in the city of Malang, Indonesia. The research data were collected through a questionnaire and processed using SEM Partial Least Square. The results showed that trust among organizational members influenced job involvement and knowledge sharing practices. Furthermore, job involvement is proven to be a variable that mediates the effect of trust on knowledge sharing behavior.
