The relevance of the present paper is the
set of assessments and analysis of the existing situation regarding the
positioning of women in the structures of power and responsibility. Our current
approach is based on the analysis of the women's manager profile and the
leadership styles adopted by women. Based on an extensive literature review of
the articles, books and the research undertaken to date, the article presents a
series of differences that appear between a business woman and a business man.
It also includes a characterization of the main obstacles a woman has to
overcome in an organization and provides solutions for promoting more women in
management positions. By investigating personality traits, we wanted to show
that leadership skills are not the focus of a single gender. There is more and
more evidence that achieving a gender balance and varied and diverse management
teams proportionate to all levels in a hierarchy will automatically produce
positive results, which will only bring performances to organizations.

The Bucharest public
transport networks need to establish innovative strategies in order to
improve their overall service quality. Therefore, in order to accomplish
this objective, the current study will evaluate public transport
customer demands applying the Quality Function Deployment (QFD).
Furthermore, the research aims to highlight user requirements and to
evaluate an appropriate strategy to improve the current public transport
services. Thus, for determining the users’ satisfaction, a survey with a
sample of 175 respondents was carried out, and the outcomes of the
survey were used as input data for defining the QFD method. The
objective of this paper is to present the public bus transport users’
demands, as well as alternatives to improve the main weakness noticed in
the bus transportation system. In addition, the article will present a
short review of the literature and the research methodology for the QFD.
The key findings of this study will focus on presenting, based on the
QFD methodology, the main projects that need to be started, in order to
improve a part of the main users’ dissatisfaction regarding the public
bus network.

The article aims to
identify and demonstrate the benefits of other tools besides those
already in place, tools that ensure greater responsibility for
companies, namely tools to ensure the transition of production flows
towards a sustainable approach. The research method included entities
representing the interest of the capital and labor determiners, in order
to identify their organizational structure and concrete elements
deriving from this relationship. The collection of data was based on the
analysis of 52 collective agreements in force, which involved the
identification of the synergy with the ISO 26000 principles. The data
processing involved the organization and classification of the
collective agreement clauses based on the ISO 26000 principles,
following an individual analysis approach aimed to identify the synergy
and compliance of the collective agreements with the ISO 26000
principles. The research highlighted a way of organizing at the level of
the social partners fully adapted to the amplitude and characteristics
of the environmental and social protection issues. Moreover, their work
provides a concrete framework of commitments, expressed in a specific
type of contract, namely the collective agreement. The latter integrates
in a meaningful way the specific principles of ISO 26000, the situation
that provides the collective bargaining institution as a solution to the
need to make companies accountable, among others, for catalyzing the
process of converting the transfer of the production flows towards the
bioeconomic area. A collective agreement is a solution that does not
involve the state intervention, it is immediate, and attracts binding
commitments from companies to strengthen bioeconomy and social
responsibility.

systems in conducting auditing practices in the organizations. Both
primary and secondary data had been implemented to ensure outcomes
accuracy. The primary data included a designed questionnaire to collect

secondary data it is addressed through empirical literature review. The
findings proved that there is a positive significant relationship
between both ERP and conducting auditing practices in the company, the
higher the ERP systems are practiced the higher the auditing practices
will be implemented in an efficient and effective way.
