Business
Excellence and Management journal is pleased to announce the launch of a Special
Issue entitled Shifts in Management in Challenging Times.
All over the world, organizations are facing nowadays major economic, technological and societal challenges due to geopolitical tensions and turmoil, growing inequalities, affordability issues, digital revolution, and advances in medicine and human knowledge. Consequently, further research is needed in order to understand the changes in management theory and practice in challenging times.
Multiple economic, environmental, geopolitical, social, or medical crises influence management in many ways and transform both management theory and practice in private, as well as in public organizations.
Therefore, the research topics of this Special Issue may include subjects on (but are not limited to): management flexibility, management agility, survival strategies, technology integration, digital transformation, artificial intelligence, innovation, performance, new solutions for business success, social responsibility, sustainability, green economy, employee well-being, diversity, equity and inclusion, etc.
We consider this subject of great interest, and the research on this topic as particularly important for advancing knowledge in the field. Thus, we strongly encourage researchers, professors, students, engineers, academics, and industry professionals from all over the world to present their current observations and analysis by submitting their research in our special issue. Qualitative and/or quantitative research, reviews, syntheses, and all other original research are welcomed.
Papers will
be peer-reviewed and accepted
papers will be published on a continuous basis (as soon as accepted)
and listed together on the special issue page of the journal. Authors have the option to plan their
papers by sending a title and short abstract (about 150 words) to the
Editorial Team for announcement on the journal's website. Papers can be
submitted to the following email address: beman.journal@gmail.com .
